OUR POLICY. Q. Why do you not take credit / debit cards in real time ? Too much fraud on the web, in all directions. Customers afraid of being ripped off and vendors being afraid of bouncing credit cards. We do take them, you email us with your product request and a password and we call you with your verbal password to collect card details - much safer all round. Sorry this is mainland UK only. For any transactions outside the UK we utilise Paypal or sent sterling cheque. Q. How long do goods take to deliver ? Items ordered are in stock but please allow up to 28 days for goods to arrive. We use proof of postage, a standard UK Post Office service. Q. What rights are involved ? All goods sold should get to you intact and are of merchantable quality. You do have a cooling off period as this is mail order and is covered by strict rules (see here) Q.Refunds. Of there are missing or broken parts in kits there is normally a method of contacting the manufacturer, please utilise that where possible. Otherwise we will attempt to replace with an identical item on receipt of returned goods or failing this a full refund. |
